A Celebratory Holiday Cocktail - Lemon-Lavender French 75

Ingredients
4 oz sparkling wine or champagne, I like Gloria Ferrer Blanc de Blancs
1.5 oz Gin, I like Hendricks
1.5 oz lemon-lavender cocktail mixer, I like The Yes Cocktail Co’s, or freshly squeezed lemon juice
Lemon twist or fresh lavender sprig, for garnish
Method
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake together the lemon-lavender cocktail mixer (or lemon juice) and the gin. Strain into a champagne flute or coupe and top off with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist and/or lavender sprig. Cheers!
