This post has been updated on Nov. 7, 2019.

We are grateful for the overwhelming interest in this project. For those of you that have submitted your information, we will notify you of our recipe tester selections within the next week.

We’re excited to announce big news at Flour Craft! Heather is authoring a cookbook featuring over 75 original recipes, including many of your favorites featured at the bakeshops and lots of new material too.

Recipes in the The Flour Craft Cookbook will cover breakfast, brunch, lunch, teatime, and dessert–from coffee cakes to focaccia, scones to tartines.

Heather deftly combines alternative flours to achieve a distinctly un-gluten-free taste and texture. This is the art of baking, and in this book Heather breaks down the process in an approachable way, teaching readers how to combine ingredients in the correct proportions to yield excellent results. In the end, each item should have a distinctly different flavor and texture. Heather is beyond excited for the opportunity to share all her tips and tricks with all of you.

What’s more exciting than this is we are in need of recipe testers! Are you an ambitious home baker willing and able to test 2-5 recipes between Dec 1, 2019 & Jan 15, 2020? If the answer is “YES!” then please fill out the form below! We will be in touch with you shortly.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST~FORM HAS BEEN CLOSED.

Early praise for the Flour Craft Cookbook:

“ Flour Craft Bakery is one of Northern California’s top sources for outstanding, wholesome food that happens to be gluten-free. This book allows you to bring all that goodness home, with easy recipes that work and impress.”

—ERIKA LENKERT, Editor In Chief, GFF Magazine

“ Heather’s bakeries are community hubs, and the quality of every product is exceptional. I was worried about giving up foods I love (bread!). Thankfully I found Flour Craft. Heather and her creations are a part of so many of my happiest memories. Her cakes are at every celebration, her bread is at our dinner table, her cookies are what I bring to housewarming parties.”
